  • ¼ cup Shiitake Mushrooms
  • ½ x 250g sliced chestnut mushrooms
  • 2 x Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 400ml Organic Coconut Milk
  • 500ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp nam pla fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pounded 200g feather steak
