Pasta boosts energy and oily fish helps liver function. Cook 100g wholewheat fusilli, drain and toss with a little olive oil. Add a flaked fillet of smoked mackerel, half a chopped red pepper, and 2 tbsp sweetcorn kernels. Season and serve, or dress with 2 tbsp natural yogurt, mixed with the juice of half a lemon and seasoned with1 tsp grain mustard.
Tomato and Feta Cheese Spaghetti
While cooking 100g wholemeal spaghetti, marinate 3 chopped, fresh tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp red wine vinegar and a few torn basil leaves. When the spaghetti is cooked, stir in the tomatoes, a handful of chopped olives and about 100g cubed Feta. Eat straight from the pan.
