- 1 small baguette
- 250g pre-sliced raclette cheese
- Around 20 cornichons
Toasted Raclette on Baguette Rounds, with Cornichons
- Preheat the grill to high. Cut a small baguette diagonally into very thin slices (discard the ends). Cut the rind from a 250g pack of pre-sliced Raclette cheese.
- Top the baguette slices with pieces of Raclette. Place under the grill until the cheese bubbles and just starts to brown. Top each melted slice with a little cornichon and serve hot.
