Tortelloni with tomato and mascarpone sauce

Ingredients

500g pack essential Waitrose Fresh Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni
250g frozen essential Waitrose Pea and Bean Mix
350g tub essential Waitrose Tomato and Mascarpone Sauce
1 x ½ x 390g can essential Waitrose Ratatouille Provencale

Method

1. Cook the tortelloni and pea and bean mix in boiling water for 3–4 minutes, then drain.

2. In another pan, heat the pasta sauce and ratatouille for 1–2 minutes then stir in the tortelloni and pea and bean mix, then serve.

  • Total time: Ready in 10 minutes 10 minutes
