tuna mayonnaise pasta: simple to make but the taste is delicious, this recipe doesn't take very long to make and is quite healthy.
tuna mayonnaise pasta
250g pasta (any type apart from noodles)
2-4 tblsp mayonnaise
2 cans of tuna (small cans)
any mixed vegetables
- Boil the pasta for 10 minutes on a medium heat and if the mixed vegetables are frozen then boil with the pasta.
- In a mixing bowl add in the two cans of tuna (break into small flakes) and the mayonnaise and mix them together.
- Just before the pasta has boiled, add the tuna mayonnaise mixture into a frying pan and stir on a low heat, when the pasta is done add the pasta and vegetables into the frying pan and stir in with the tuna mixture. Stir for about 5-7 minutes.
- serve on its own or with salad.
