The ultimate breakfast smoothie

This refreshing smoothie is made with a blend of half fruit and half vegetable – but you’d never know it. It’s easily doubled to serve two.

50g baby spinach leaves

50g cucumber, roughly chopped

handful mint leaves

1 banana

100g frozen berries

10g fresh root ginger


1. Put all the ingredients in a blender (ideally a high-speed blender or NutriBullet) with 250ml water and blend until completely smooth.
