530g pack Waitrose 1 Melt In The Middle Meatballs
150g quick cook polenta
50g Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
25g butter, cubed
Large handful of Waitrose 1 Peppery Mustard Leaf & Spinach Salad
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Cook the meatballs according to pack instructions.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the polenta according to pack instructions, using 700ml water. When thick and hot add the grated Parmigiano Reggiano and cubed butter and beat until worked in.
3. Spoon the polenta onto 2 plates, then top with the meatballs, spooning over the sauce and salsa verde. Finish with a handful of Peppery Mustard Leaf Salad.
