150ml Pimm’s No 3 Winter Cup
4 strips of orange peel
400ml sparkling wine


1. Divide the Pimm’s between 4 Champagne flutes or saucers.

2. Scrape the pith from the orange peel and cut into 4mm-wide long strips, and carefully tie each one in a knot.

3. Top up the glasses with sparkling wine and drop an orange knot into each. Serve swiftly.
