Fantastic!I made this wonderful dish for sixteen people!! It was a total hit!! Its great if you can let it rest for a while to get all those great flavours infused. My favourite accompaniment for this dish is feeling golden evening sun on my skin, a glass of white wine and of course good friends. No really. A lovely dish well worth trying

I love this recipe. Its quick simple and everyone really loves it! Its ideal if you have friends over. Its quick to rustle up and it can make one apperar quite the chef!! A top tip if you cant find red current jelly use the seedless strawberry jam in the cupboard!! Lovely
