grandmaK - Not everyone likes their liver cooked well done, and it actual fact it's more tender and tasty if it isn't cooked for longer. As long as the meat gets hot enough and kills the "bugs" a bit of blood does no harm at all. :) I myself eat raw beef as it is in the packet, or sear it quickly on each side so the blood comes as I find it more flavoursome!
