    I made this recipe and found it turned out really well. I used bought prepared pastry cases and it made two quiches. Both were lovely. In fact I have made the recipe again this week. I used the same egg mixture tbut replaced the bacon with roasted vegetables. Again it turned out wonderful. I would have a go. See what you think.
