This is a great puddng for after a heavyish main course as it's really refreshing. Really easy to do as you can prepare it, leave in the yogurt pot and then freeze later (while eating dinner) for an hour till just firm and cold.

Mmmmm - this was so delicious, I can't stop eating it! Really moist and the combination of lemon and juicy berries was fab! A great recipe for begginners too as no need to cream sugar and butter etc. Use the remaining buttermilk and blueberries to make pancakes for breakfast the next day to avoid wastage.

This bread was lovely and very easy to do - I'ld allow 3 hours though to make this loaf plus the cooking time. I made 3 loaves in one go by just trippling the mixture although the kneading was hard work! This worked really well as I wasn't left with spare yeast in a sachet and I just used the extra nuts in the bread. Don't worry if you don't have enough tins as you still get a great ...

Thought the trifle was extremely tasty. It was good fun when trying to get guests to guess what the flavours were (jelly beans/babies were the most popular guesses for the Turkish delight).
