  • Delia's Pasta with three cheeses served with shaved fennel salad

    Nice flavour if you eat it in a huge hurry. We prefer to linger over our food and the pasta turned into a glue-y pasty mess as the cheeses absorbed into the pasta. Better to scale this down as a small starter. Too heavy as a main. I added some pink peppercorns and Greek basil which gave it a lift. The fennel and chicory salad is deliciously fresh and interesting.
