The recipe I have found excellent - however, the ingredients instructions threw me the first time I made this cake - I didn't see the small 1/2 of 500g and put in the whole 500g! I realise it has been printed this way because the packets of fruit are 500g but I would much have preferred to have seen 250g. Star rating 4 out of 5.

Vegetarian Goulash

I have made this Goulash several times and each time have received very favourable comments, especially from my son-in-law who is a Vegetarian and I am always searching for different veggy meals to make for him.
