Another thing to add - KEEP AN EYE ON THE CABBAGE!! Once it goes in it's incredibly easy to burn.. [still tastes good though if it does go a little scorched]

An absolute triumph of a dish. Have made this on many occasions and everytime a success. Freezes very well and still tastes fresh when reheated. Would recommend!

A real hearty favourite amongst family and friends. The only thing to be careful of is not to burn the chorizo - which can happen easily. Tastes even better the following day!

Hi, Yes when cooking this for two I just made it exactly the same way and then just put two chicken breasts on top instead of 4 quarters. The cabbage and chorizo is so yummy both me and my husband have no trouble finishing it off just the two of us!
