Baileys Crème Brûlée

If you’ve got... Baileys Original Irish Cream, the classic Christmas tipple.

Try this...make Bailey’s Crème Brûlée

Preheat over to 150°C, gas mark 2. Beat 3 egg yolks with 2 tsp cater sugar. Hat 284ml single cream until just boiling and stir into the egg yolk mixture with 150ml Baileys. Pour into 4 ramekins and place in a roasting tray, with hot water halfway up the sides. Cool for 25-30 minutes, until just set. Cool, then sprinkle with 50g granulated sugar and place under a high grill for 4-5 minutes, until caramelized. Serves 4.
