Indian
Authentic regional dishes, created by our team of Indian chefs. They use whole and freshly ground spices, and source authentic ingredients from all over India, such as kokum, a sweet-sour ingredient used in Goan dishes, and jaggery, a natural sweetener.
The range re-creates traditional Indian ways of eating too, with tiffins, inspired by the three-tiered lunch boxes delivered daily to workplaces all over Mumbai; and thalis, platters of small dishes, relishes and breads.
