Give your arms a break with WaitroseDeliveryService. Simply pick a delivery time, fill up a trolley and we’ll deliver the shopping to
your home.

First
Book your delivery slot either:
Online - book a slot link
Or in branch

Then
Do your shopping as normal - you need to complete your shopping one hour before the start of your chosen delivery slot.

Finally
At the checkout, tell the cashier that you are using Delivery Service, and give them your paperwork or order number. The cashier will arrange for your bags to be packed and your shopping (particularly chilled or frozen produce) stored appropriately until the delivery time.

The cost
For purchases worth £50 or more, delivery costs £3. There is a £5 charge for smaller orders.

Where do we deliver, what do we deliver, and what if we can’t deliver?
Find out whether we can deliver to your postcode by asking in branch, going online or by calling our customer service line. The only thing we don’t deliver is hot food. And if you are out, we’ll leave a card asking you to arrange a new time (although a £3 re-delivery fee is charged).
