To start shopping online at Waitrose, you’ll need to register with us. It’s quick and easy and enables you to use all the services available in your area.
The details you provide during registration will not be passed on to third parties, but may be used by the John Lewis Partnership to send you details about its products if you agree to receive this communication.

It is best to register, login and pick a time slot before shopping, as this will mean that the products and offers you see will be applicable to the branch where your shopping will be picked, and valid on the date of your delivery or collection slot.l

In order to personalise the Waitrose service and ensure that we offer you the best delivery or collection locations, we will need you to register your details on the site.
To see how easy it is to shop online at Waitrose, why not browse the site before you register? Simply:

Lists of products available will appear, divided into areas such as ‘Fruit & Vegetables’ just like the aisles in our branches.

If your email address or password do not match your registration details, an 'invalid' message will appear. If you think you’ve entered the correct email and password but you’re still receiving the 'invalid' message, please contact Customer Sales & Support.

If you don’t receive your unique code or if you experience any other problems, please contact Customer Sales & Support.
If you have requested an email containing a unique code because you have forgotten your password, these instructions tell you how to use this code to start using the site again.

You can change your order up until 11.45am the day before your delivery or collection date. Click on My Account in the top menu, and then on Current Orders to change the order, cancel it, or change the delivery/collection time.
To change the contents of your order, go to your Open Orders and simply click on the Order Number then click on Edit Order.
To change the delivery/collection time, go to your Open Orders and simply click on your existing delivery slot and then select a new slot. You do not need to save this as it will automatically update and your shopping will be delivered at your new time.
To cancel your order, go to you Open Orders and click on the order number, select Cancel Order then Yes to confirm. Your order will now be cancelled.

Saved lists are an easy way to speed up your shopping. They allow you to:
You can set up lists of products you buy regularly and add them to your trolley in seconds. Lists can be set up for your weekly shop, for special occasions like Christmas or birthdays, or for specific purposes, for example 'kitchen & bathroom'.
Lists are very flexible, you can create a list, change a list and delete a list whenever you like. Once you’ve created a list, it can be reused again and again, adding those products to your trolley in seconds. You can use the list as it stands, or change it each time as required – it's up to you.
Tip: to speed up your shopping next time, save the contents of your trolley as a shopping list. This list can then be recalled at any time and instantly added to your trolley without the need to search for each item individually.

We won’t take payment from your card until your order is packed and goes through checkout in the branch.
To change your payment details click on My Account in the top menu, then within My Details click on Payment Details & Billing Information.
To delete a card so that it is not saved in your account click on Delete above to your existing card details. Your card will now be deleted from your account.

To add or change comments go to your Open Orders and simply click on the Order Number then click on the Comments section.
Add or change your comments then click on Save Changes.

It’s easy to view and re-order products you’ve previously bought online at Waitrose.
To view and re-order your products:
The "Previous orders" page lists your last five orders (placed within the past 12 months). You can browse these to choose individual items, or to add a whole order to your latest trolley.
To re-order items in a previous order:
You can also save each order, or part of it, as a list with another name, and alter it exactly to your requirements by removing or adding items. Find more about creating lists here.
Saving your trolley as a list before you check out is a good way of organizing your shopping. For example you could name your trolley ‘Regular Weekly Shop’ or ‘Drinks party’ so you can shop more easily next time.
