To add a product to your trolley:
As products are added to your trolley, the trolley summary panel on the right of the screen will show the ‘Total (estimated)’ of your shopping, the products ordered and individual prices.
The total cost shown is an estimated total. The final total will not be calculated until your order is picked in branch, and your payment card will not be processed until the order has been picked. This allows for any slight variances in weighed items, and also any multivalue offers, e.g. 3 for 2, which are not shown in your trolley, but will be calculated when your order is processed in branch. When you receive your order, you can refuse any item if you are unhappy with the price. The estimated cost does not include the delivery or collection charge. View our pricing policy for more details.
The trolley summary on the right of the page shows the products in your trolley. The product added most recently shows at the top of the list. Scroll down to view the whole trolley. The top of this trolley summary shows the estimated total cost and an estimate of the savings made.

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock. However, if an item you require is not available, you can request a similar substitute product.
If a substitution is made, you will always be charged the lower of the two prices (excluding weighed items), but if it's not what you want you can refuse it.
You can set your substitution preferences globally, that is for all the items in your trolley. Or you can set them for individual items as you shop.
To accept substitutions on all unavailable items in your trolley:
Any unavailable product will be replaced with a logical choice made by your personal shopper. This may vary by brand, size or flavour but we will find the closest match to your requirements. You can add a note to your personal shopper to guide them should they need to substitute an unavailable item, e.g. ‘If no organic avocaodos, non-organic are OK’
To refuse substitutions on all unavailable items in your trolley (setting a global option):
This means products you select will not be substituted if they are not available. However, this may also mean you don’t receive everything you need in your shopping.
