Day three

Cook two handfuls of blueberries with a little vanilla sugar and serve with natural yogurt.

Blitz pineapple with a banana, skimmed milk and a dash of coconut milk for a rich smoothie.

Mix grated carrots, sliced salad onions, chickpeas, chopped pistachios, fresh coriander, lime juice and a little harissa paste for a lunchtime salad.

Add fried onion and cauliflower florets to a litre of vegetable stock. Cook, then blitz to make a soup. Season and sprinkle with grated Cheddar.

Make a crumble by topping cooked plums with nutty muesli before baking.
