Day four

A snack pot of fresh pineapple chunks makes a good breakfast when you're on the move.

Try snacking on a crunchy green apple and a small slice of mature cheddar.

Crush seven (or more) grilled cherry tomatoes onto hot buttered toast and top with fresh basil leaves for a quick lunch.

Try adding roasted vegetables to prepared meals – just chop onions, butternut squash and peppers into chunks, drizzle with olive oil and roast.

Top two chopped purple figs with half-fat crème fraîche and sprinkle with brown sugar.
