Day five

Spread two slices of toasted brioche with low fat cream cheese and top with sliced nectarine.

Keep seven or more strawberries in a tub to snack on while working or relaxing.

Whizz together watercress, pine nuts, olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano for watercress pesto. Stir through a bowl of pasta at lunchtime.

Mix grated carrot, sesame seeds, sesame oil and chopped coriander. Serve with meat or fish.

Cook two handfuls of blueberries in a pan with a tablespoon of water and a sprinkling of sugar to make a hot sauce for ice cream.
