Day three

Blitz two kiwi fruits, apple juice and fresh ginger in a blender for a great morning kick-start juice.

Slice half a red pepper into strips for dunking into a small pot of ready-prepared salsa dip.

Top oatcakes with soft cheese and serve with 14 fresh cherries.

Stir-fry large chunks of papaya with chicken pieces, chilli and pak choi for a fast, fiery oriental-style supper dish.

Sprinkle caster sugar and chopped fresh mint over fresh pineapple chunks. Leave for five minutes for the flavours to develop, then serve.
