One of the best things about winter is the array of seasonal UK-grown and exotic sun-soaked fruit and vegetables available on our shelves. It’s never been easier to get your five portions a day.

Our mouthwatering suggestions include everything from cranberries, kiwi fruit and Bramley apples, to leeks, butternut squash and beetroot. We have ideas for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner.

Each suggestion counts as one complete portion. An adult portion is 80g.
