1 The night before, place the cashews into a small bowl and pour over 100ml cold water. Cover and leave to soak overnight.
2 The following morning, place the mixed seeds and goji berries into a mini processor or pestle and mortar. Crush to a fine powder.
3 Place the soaked cashews with their soaking water into a liquidiser. Add the crushed seeds and goji berries, followed by the fruits, lemon juice and 100ml water. If your liquidiser is suitable for crushing ice, add a few cubes. Blitz together until smooth. Pour into large glasses, over ice if you wish, and decorate with extra seeds and berries. Drink immediately.
