1. Margaret River

Try Vasse Felix Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon

A classic blended white in a Bordeaux Blanc style, with ripe gooseberry and red apple fruit flavours.

2. Great Southern

Try Plantagenet Samson's Range Semmillon / Sauvingnon Blanc 2014

This wine has a bright, ripe fruit nose, with a soft spicy palate that's typical of this remote part of Australia.

3. McLaren Vale

Try The Hedonist Shiraz 2012

Deliciously silky and smooth with dark red fruits and an intense palate.



4. Adelaide Hills

Try Magnus Hill Chardonnay 2013/13

An elegant Chardonnay, with bright citrus fruit and a long mineral finish.

5. Coonawarra

Try Katnook Founder's Block Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

A smooth, ripe red that makes an excellent choice to pair with red meats.

6. Barossa Valley

Smoky, smooth and succulent, this classic will mature with grace.


7. Eden Valley

Laced with spice and bursting with lychee, peac and nectarine flavours, this is a perfect white to match with a stir-fry.

8. Mornington Peninsula

This delivers big strawberry flavours;
a classy Pinot from a stylish reigon.

9. New South Wales

Try: See Saw Shiraz Mourvèdre 2011 Central Ranges & Orange

Shiraz brings spice and softness, while Mourvèdre brings richness.


10. Hunter Valley

Try Mount Pleasant Lovedale Semillon 2007

A zesty, lemon-meringue aroma, with complex mineral notes and mouthwatering acidity.
