For big flavours that add the wow factor, our chefs will help you discover just how versatile the Big Egg Green can be.
Don your apron and learn how to create several dishes including: a low- and slow-cooked feast of short ribs using the large Egg, served with barbecued sweetcorn and a smoked paprika butter; chargrilled rare bavette with a tangy hot and sour salad; plus a Plancha-grilled cedar cod with a gremolata and charred endive and orange salad. Finish the day by enjoying all your dishes with some well-earned drinks.
