As a special thank you to our best customers, we are offering the chance to attend a free knife-skills course.
The chefs will show you different types of knives and explain their purpose before looking at sharpening techniques and how to get the perfect edge. Then it will be over to you to get to grips with the knives for yourself: cutting, slicing and chopping vegetables to turn into a robust ribollita soup, then jointing a chicken for baked Southern-style spicy chicken and filleting a round fish to simply pan fry. At the end of the course, you can relax over the feast you’ve cooked up and celebrate your accomplished knife skills with a glass of wine.
