King's Cross Cookery School (located in our King's Cross store)

Our cookery school chefs will be creating delicious lunchboxes – inspired by our favourite dishes – for you to take away, eat in the garden or enjoy with a drink at the wine bar.

• 9 May - Bao-Steamed buns served with caramelised pork belly, hoisin sauce and picked cucumber 

• 13 June - Thali-Bombay samosa and onion bhaji served with Masala dal, paratha and lime pickle mayo

• 11 July - Glazed tofu bun cha - Rice noodles with glazed tofu, fresh herbs and crunchy Vietnamese salad

• 8 August - Middle Eastern - Broad bean & chickpea falafel, ras el hanout tabbouleh with feta, flatbread and cardamon chilli salsa
