Applications for the Specialised Chefs' Scholarship will be accepted from students aged between 16 and 18 who have GCSE Maths, English and four other subjects at grade D and above (or equivalent). You will also need to demonstrate a strong commitment to pursuing a career in food preparation and cookery.

Successful entry will depend upon assessments held at the college, together with an interview during the spring or summer term.
