These delicious menus shows you how selecting products from the Waitrose LOVE Life You Count... range at each meal can help you to eat around 500 fewer calories than you normally would. This, when combined with regular exercise, should help you to shift any excess pounds. Just follow the menu plan below that suits you best, make sure that you keep hydrated and eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables - at least 5 portions a day.

The plans are based around 1, 2 or 3 weeks of calorie and fat controlled meal and snack ideas. The Guideline Daily Amount for an adult is 2000 calories per day. The Waitrose LOVE Life You Count... range is based on a calorie intake of 1500 calories per day.
