15 – minute pitta pizzas
Preheat the oven, gas mark 7/200°C. Place the pitta breads on a baking sheet & spoon over the slasa. Toss together 250g sliced mushrooms, 2 tbsp olives with 1 tbsp oil from jar. Spoon on top of the salsa. Sprinkle over torn ham & scatter with 150g cheese. Bake for 10 mins. Garnish with basil & serve with salad.
