Pickled ginger


Also known as sushi ginger, pickled ginger is finely sliced and a pale pink colour.

Uses: Pickled ginger is an ideal condiment to serve with all sushi dishes. It is also often eaten to clear the palate between different types of sushi.

To store: Keep in a cool, dry place unopened. Once opened store in the fridge and consume within 4 weeks.
