Prosecco
A sparkling white wine made in the Veneto region of north east Italy. Prosecco has a light, refreshing flavour.
Uses: Prosecco is mixed with fresh peach juice to make a Bellini cocktail. Chilled Prosecco is ideal served on a hot summer day as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to chicken or fish dishes.
