Something sweet to please the tastebuds?  These healthy desserts and snacks allow you to indulge in a little of what you fancy.  Nutritionist, Nicola Selwood, says "Remember to keep your portions small so you don't over-indulge.  My top tip is to serve dessert in a little dish with a teaspoon.  It will look cute and you'll consume far less calories than you would have if you had used a regular bowl and dessert spoon!"
