How to save videos onto your iPod or PSP
How do I download a video to my iPod?
To download a video to your iPod using iTunes version 7.0 (if you are using an older version of iTunes, please upgrade to the latest version), please follow these steps:
Download the desired video file from the 'How to...' section of the Waitrose website. Save the video to a location on your computer.
Unzip the files.
In iTunes, select "File" > "Add File to Library." Browse for the video you downloaded, then click "Open." Once iTunes has finished adding the video, it should appear in the movies section of your iTunes library.
Connect your iPod to your computer and select the iPod device in the left panel under 'devices'. Then select the 'movies' tab in the main window where you can sync all movies, or select the specific file you added to sync. Click 'Apply' for the changes to take effect. Alternatively you can simply drag the file from your iTunes movies library onto the iPod icon in the left panel, and it will be added.
