    After-Dinner Soother

    Mint relaxes the digestive system, so is the perfect thing to serve after a large meal. This mint infusion uses our special, delicately flavoured floral jasmine tea.

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes
    • Total time: 5 minutes 5 minutes

    Serves: 2


    • 20g pack fresh mint, with 2 small sprigs reserved
    • 1 tsp Waitrose Seasonal Wuchun Jasmine Tea
    • Golden caster sugar (optional), to taste


    1. Roughly tear the mint leaves and place in a small teapot with the jasmine tea leaves. Pour in 500ml boiling water and allow to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Strain and pour into 2 teacups, then decorate with the reserved mint sprigs and sweeten if desired.
