    Amaretto Sorbet Sundae

    Ingredients

    • A few Dovia Ameretti Biscuits
    • Fresh mango, diced
    • Fresh peaches, diced
    • Fresh nectarines, diced
    • Senoble Raspberry or Apricot Coulis
    • A few scoops Peach, Apricot and Amaretto Sorbet
    • Toasted almond flakes

    Method

    1. Place a few crumbled Dovia Amaretti Biscuits in tall glasses. Add a mixture of diced fresh mango, peaches and nectarines. Pour some Senoble Apricot or Raspberry Coulis on top.
    2. Finish with scoops of Peach, Apricot and Amaretto Sorbet and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes. Decorate with lemon balm leaves or a stem of redcurrants.
