    Antipasti Platter for Friends

    Italian food is made for sharing, and this magnificent antipasti selection is a great way to get everyone involved. Serve on a large platter or two with warm focaccia, and let guests help themselves.

    • 200g pack Waitrose Marinated and Grilled Red and Yellow Peppers
    • 235g jar Waitrose Spanish Caperberries, drained
    • 200g pack Waitrose Marinated Paterno and Toscanelle Olives, drained
    • 160g pack Waitrose Marinated Seafood Salad, drained
    • 200g Parmigiano Reggiano, cut into thin wedges
    • 4 fresh figs, quartered
    • 2 bunches red and green grapes, cut into small bunches
    • ½ Galia melon, deseeded and sliced into thin wedges
    • 80g pack Waitrose Farm Assured Riserva Parma Ham
    • 125g pack Waitrose Farm Assured Prosciutto Alle Erbe
    • 2 x 70g packs Waitrose Farm Assured Milano Salami
    • 200g pack Waitrose Marinated Anchovy Fillets, drained
    • 180g pack Waitrose Marinated and Grilled Artichoke Hearts, drained


    1. Arrange all the antipasti except for the olives and seafood on a large platter. Place the olives and seafood in small shallow bowls.
