    Asparagus Tortelloni

    Ingredients

    • 100g pack Waitrose Asparagus Tips
    • 250g pack Waitrose Four Cheese Tortelloni
    • Waitrose Rosemary Oil
    • Parmigiano-Reggiano
    • Black pepper

    Method

    1. Plunge a 100g pack Waitrose Asparagus Tips into a pan of boiling water and simmer for 3-4 minutes, until just tender. Drain and stir into a 250g pack Waitrose Four Cheese Tortelloni, cooked according to pack instructions. Serve drizzled with Waitrose Rosemary Oil, scattered with shavings of Parmigiano-Reggiano and seasoned with freshly ground black pepper.
