    Asparagus with Potted Shrimps

    • Total time: Ready in 10 minutes 10 minutes

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 750g asparagus
    • 2 x 57g tubs Marine Gourmet Morecambe Bay Brown Potted Shrimps
    • Fresh dill

    Method

    1. Trim 750g asparagus, then steam or cook in a small amount of boiling water until just tender. How long this takes depends on the thickness of your spears, but check after 3 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, place 2 x 57g tubs Marine Gourmet Morecambe Bay Brown Potted Shrimps with their butter into a small pan. Stir briefly over a high heat so the butter melts but the shrimps don’t brown.
    3. Scatter the buttery shrimps on top of the warm asparagus. Garnish with chopped fresh dill and serve immediately with crusty bread.
