    Australasian Macadamia Nuts

    These creamy Autralasian nuts are quick and easy to prepare.

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes
    • Cooking time: 5 minutes to 10 minutes
    • Total time: 10 minutes to 15 minutes 15 minutes


    • 1tsp ground cumin
    • Pinch of cayenne pepper
    • 2 x 100g packets Waitrose Ready Salted Macadamia Nuts
    • 1tbsp groundnut oil


    1. Combine the cumin and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Fry the macadamia nuts in the oil until lightly browned, then add them to the spices and toss to coat thoroughly, continuing until the nuts have cooled.
