    Bacardi Mojito

    Lime, mint and rum are enhanced with lots of crushed ice


    • 12 fresh mint leaves
    • 2 shots Bacardi Superior Original Premium Rum
    • ¾ shot freshly squeezed lime juice
    • ½ shot sugar syrup
    • Soda water
    • Mint sprig, for garnishing


    1. Lightly muddle the mint leaves (just to bruise them) in the base of a tall glass. Add the rum, lime juice and sugar. Half fill a glass with crushed ice and stir, fill the glass with more crushed ice and stir again. Top with soda stir and garnish.
