Bacon ricotta, and borlotti bean pasta

300g Waitrose LOVE Life Wholewheat Fusilli dried pasta
2 tsp essential Waitrose Olive Oil
200g essential Waitrose Unsmoked British Bacon, chopped
400g can essential Waitrose Borlotti Beans,drained and rinsed
250g pack essential Waitrose Italian Ricotta
25g pack fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain and return to the pan.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon for 4–5 minutes.
3. Add in the beans and ricotta and then stir into the cooked, drained pasta with 100ml water. Sprinkle with the parsley
