    Baked Apples with Berries and Cherries

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • Cinnamon
    • A little butter
    • 8 tbsp clear honey
    • 1 tbsp from pack of Forest Feast Berries and Cherries
    • 4 Bramley apples

    Method

    1. Core 4 whole, unpeeled Bramleys and score the skins around the circumference.
    2. Place in a shallow ovenproof dish. Put 1 tbsp fruit from a pack of Forest Feast Berries and Cherries into the centre of each apple.
    3. Drizzle 2 tsp of clear honey over each, dot with a little butter and sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven 200°C, gas mark 6, for 40-50 minutes, until the apples are tender. Cool for 10 minutes, then serve with custard or a scoop of ice cream.
