    Banana and Strawberry Wake-Up Shake

    You can make this refreshing drink even more filling by adding strawberry yogurt, but I think it is delicious enough without.

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 2 bananas
    • 250g strawberries, hulled and halved
    • 450ml Waitrose English Pressed Apple Juice, chilled

    Method

    1. Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser or food processor and whiz until smooth, or mash fruits well and stir into the apple juice. Keep chilled.
