    Banana Date Smoothie

    Ingredients

    • 1 banana
    • 2 dates
    • 50ml milk
    • 50ml probiotic yoghurt
    • 1 tsp honey
    • 1 handful crushed ice

    Method

    1. This luscious smoothie, served at Taman Gang restaurant on London's Park Lane, offers a great energy boost. To make it at home, whiz 1 peeled banana, 2 stoned dates, 50ml milk, 50ml probiotic yogurt, 1 tsp honey and a handful of crushed ice in a blender until smooth.
    2. Pour into a tall glass and drink straight away.
