    Beans And Sausages On Toast

    • Total time: 25 minutes, plus soaking 25 minutes

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 200g Waitrose Wholesome Organic Haricot Beans
    • 420g pack Waitrose British Pork 30 Cocktail Sausages
    • 2 x 400g Waitrose Chopped Tomatoes with Chopped Herbs
    • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
    • Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, to serve
    • Slices of wholemeal bread

    Method

    1. Soak and simmer 200g Waitrose Wholesome Organic Haricot Beans according to pack instructions.
    2. In a frying pan, over a high heat, cook a 420g pack Waitrose British Pork 30 Cocktail Sausages for about 5 minutes, until browned. Add the prepared haricot beans, 2 x 400g cans Waitrose Chopped Tomatoes with Chopped Herbs and 2 tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup.
    3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until thick and bubbling. Season with Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, spoon over toasted wholemeal bread and serve.
