    Beef mince enchiladas

    An easy quick recipe that can be made with basic everyday ingredients that are usually there in your cupboards, these enchiladas can make a nice starter when cut up into bite-size chunks and alternatively can be left whole for a hearty main. This recipe is healthy as it is a good source of protein and fibre, and can be paired with healthy sides. While it is quick and easy, it also looks impressive and attractive, the easiest way to impress dinner guests or your family at home.

    • 500g mince
      250 ml tomato sauce
      1 can chick peas
      1 can baked beans
      seasoning (spice mix)
      6 tortilla wraps
      100g cheese
